Admission Procedure

As per the advice of doctor, admission of the patient will be done once the patient agrees for admission. The patient may have to provide the consent for admission and furnish all medication records on hand. This will help in correct diagnosis and treatment. Please intimate the type of ward you may desire at the time of admission and also furnish insurance details (if any).

In-patient admission is subject to availability of beds. We expect an attendant to stay along with the patient. Admission advance may be paid at the counter. Those who avail insurance are also requested to pay the advance amount. Balance amount will be refunded at the time of discharge. Foreign nationals or Indians holding foreign passport are requested to fill in a special form and submit it to the admission desk, along with a copy of valid passport, medical VISA and a photograph.

• Valid ID Proof (Aadhar/PAN/Passport/Driving License)
• Insurance Card (if applicable)
• Medical Records/Previous Treatment History
• Contact Information of Emergency Contact
• Allergy Information and Current Medications

Steps for Hospital Admission:

1. Register at the Admission Desk
2. Complete admission formalities and provide consent
3. Submit all required documents
4. Finalize payment/insurance details
5. Receive room assignment and hospital ID
6. Meet nursing staff and settle into your room
